Calla Lily #2 is the 2nd floor apartment in a two level apartment home. Completely renovated in spring 2023. The main large open living room, dining room and kitchen area is the place to be in this unit, the raised ceilings with expose wood makes this modest space feel very grand. Details such as the exposed brick chimney are accented by the new hickory kitchen cabinets, a wonderful mix of vintage and contemporary.
Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, a bonus office den room provides extra space. The private exterior entrance includes a private 2nd floor screened in porch overlooking the large back yard, a very nice spot for morning coffee. Rent both apartments Calla Lily #1 is just below Calla Lily #2 for a group. New to Cooperstown Stay in April 2023, discounted rate as a new offering for this summer season! House was very roomy for my family of four. Owner was awesome and quick to respond with any questions I had. Very close to town and shopping. Would definitely stay here again

A nice and welcoming place to stay at for a week away from home
We stayed here while our son played baseball at CASV. It was a clean, well maintained home away from home during our time there. Darlene was wonderful to work with! Great communication and so accommodating!

We felt very at home at this property. We were pleasantly surprised with 3 full/queen beds. It was just my husband and I and our 2 other littler kids but they didn’t have to share a room for the week. Beds where comfortable, sofa/chairs where comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. We were overall very pleased with our stay!

Location was great, close to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful with the few little hiccups we had. The umbrellas, wagons and chairs on hand were super helpful also!!

Perfect!
This property was perfect for my family and exactly what we needed! It's a 10 minute drive to CASV, with grocery store .5 mile away. Easy to hop onto the freeway and get to where you want to be! Host was great!!
