"The hotel itself is absolutely fabulous, with a mountain view that looks as if it has been plucked straight from a painting. The cleanliness is superb and I am talking about the entire hotel. I couldn't ask for more in terms of maintaining such pristine conditions. The SPA area is absolutely clean and well-maintained. It's a pleasure to see such attention to detail in keeping the place spotless and inviting. What's more, I appreciate that the spa is never crowded and always maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It truly enhances the overall experience, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The breakfast provided was incredibly delicious, with an extensive variety to choose from. What's more, you can order as much as you want, which adds to the overall indulgent experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, as we do not speak Spanish, there was always someone available who could communicate in English. This made our interactions much smoother and more enjoyable. "This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old"
