"Had a lovely one night stay. Can't recommend highly enough. The staff were so friendly & welcoming. They had even noticed that it was my birthday & left a wonderful message & balloons in the room. Our room was comfy & spacious, the common areas very useful & practical with drinking water, microwave & fridge available. The surrounding area is quite "urban" & maybe a bit sketchy but we walked into the city centre & to the midi station & felt perfectly safe."

"The hotel was clean, very helpful and friendly staff, check in was smooth, it’s a budget hotel but room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lovely and helpful members of staff at breakfast time. Area is close to Brussels Midi and very convenient for travel, 4 minutes train to Brussels Central station and 20 minutes to Brussels airport. The area is a bit run down however hotel didn’t feel unsafe and there is a supermarket around the corner with everyday convenient groceries available. Would stay again, value for money."

"Our family vacationed in Brussels and stayed at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi for three nights. The check-in process was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel’s location right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our daily destinations and attractions. There is also a food hall inside the station, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack whenever needed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Brussels."

"I went to Belgium for the first time with my wife and kids from London. I drove all the way. Hotel staff was kind enough to offer me to park as soon I come. This allowed me.to park and go around city before our check in time. Room.was very spacious and very clean. We all had fantastic sleep. The only downside was, sofa bed made creaking noise when one moves. That should be fixed as that disturbs sleep. It didnt matter too much in the end because we were dead tired, but surely got noticed. Parking is spacious and easy. There is a tram 15 mins away which takes you to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend."

"Very bad stay. This hotel does NOT have a real aircondition as stated on their details. It’s rather a central fan that was not working and when I asked the receptionist they said it’s better just to open the window. You can imagine the nosie ang bugs when you leave the window open trying to get some sleep. The shower is an open area into the room - no door."
