"I had 2 rooms. 1 room (414) did not have a phone, the microwave didn't have power. The other room was fine. We didn't like that there was only 1 elevator working as we had to wait quite a while sometimes to go up or down. We understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"John is such a gracious host! The house is beautiful and well stocked. It feels like a warm hug. The spot by the water is so cool. It’s a true camping vibe without the tents! And the wildlife in the cove is stunning. We even saw three bears! We totally loved it and can’t wait to go back."

"This was an amazing find for a place to stay when seeing a show at Tanglewood! The house was clean, very comfortable for our group of two couples, and had a beautiful view. It would also be great for a family. It was an easy 25-30 min drive to Lenox. The check in process was very smooth and accommodating. Highly recommend!"
