"What a cute place! We were a mixed group of ages traveling with 9 people total. The house was exactly as advertised. In a quiet neighborhood and 1 min walk to Cahal Pech and 8 minute drive to Xunantich ruins. Lots of little restaurants around and gas and groceries right down the road. The host was fabulous!
