Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

This hotel is located on a lovely spot on the canal. The view from our balcony was great. It is within 15 minute walk to the museum district. The big bathtub has been exactly so I’m talking ab was good after a long day on our feet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! Do you have a form? It’s just a simpler way so it’s a form fill out next two minutes and we’ll do everything at your part so will inform you for everything so yes it’s it’s not a question. Will you get it because it’s already five hour delay you cannot land in less than three hour delay original time, unfortunately so thank you for sharing this. We’ll look at it. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was spacious enough for the four of us.

Nice layout with good kitchen. Need more supplies such as coffee and toilet paper. There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well. Overall, okay for the value. Easy access to train and bus and cute shopping area for coffee and food just one block away.
