The proximity of the Uka Nature Park guarantees you a refreshing night's sleep and particularly clean, salty and iodised air. The spacious interiors are equipped with fitness equipment, mini wellness and wine cellar, and this villa also has a garage for four cars. The fenced garden offers children's facilities and a large swimming pool. Large terraces invite you to watch the starry sky with a glass of wine, and for active evenings you can descend to magical Opatija, less than ten kilometres away.
