"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"
" A beautiful room. We really enjoyed the spacious and clean room as well as the balcony view of the Adriatic Sea. The bed was two twin beds pushed together which we were a bit disappointed about, but otherwise great."
"Отель расположен в замечательном месте, на променаде лунгомаре. Вправо пойдешь - 10 минут придешь в Опатию, влево- в деревеньку Волоско.Сам отель состоит из нескольких зданий. Мы жили в здании N1 в великолепном номере с видом на море. Номер просторный, с довольно большим балконом, правда чтобы выйти на него надо было либо протискиваться в неполностью открытую дверь (Из-за встроенного рядом шкафа дверь открывалась не полностью) или открывать обе дверцы, но тогда возникает маленькая проблема....

Likely not the place for folks under 40. Yet, it is picturesque, safe, and has some good dining options (I recommend Ruzmarin).

First stay for me in Croatia, and it was overall positiv. Clean, very friendly people, and wonderful food around. Just bit hot at this time (35-37C in mid July).
