The tranquil and private Apartment Lui is located in the most beautiful suburbs of Opatija, – Icici. This 2 bedroom Apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building. The vacation house has a shared rooftop swimming pool which is a great attraction for every guest of ours. The flat has a private and fenced garden of 120m2 with outdoor furniture, where you can barbeque, sunbath, breakfast in peace. Lots of daylight throughout the interior and garden as well.

This 62m2 apartment has two bedrooms and fits perfectly for 3 person. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second a french (120cm) bed. The hallway leads towards the very spacey living room. One classy bathroom with shower.
-The Apartment is located slight uphill from Icici beach, the most beautiful suburbs of Opatija. Due to the location, this area is very peaceful and offers breathtaking sea views. – especially from the common rooftop swimming pool of the building. There you can enjoy your sunbed and cold drinks, sunbath… go for a swim whilst watching the panoramic sea view over the Kvarner bay.
