This sunny and spacious apartment is a paradise for families and small groups looking for an unforgettable stay. With three bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates four guests but can host up to a maximum of six people, offering enough space and privacy for everyone. Please note, however, that pets are not allowed.

Ičići is the first little charming town before Opatija, which is connected to Opatija by a beautiful promenade "Lungo Mare". Take a 30 minute stroll towards Opatija, a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, has many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks and magnificent villas that are waiting to be discovered. Enjoy discovering the enchanting town of Opatija with its churches, villas and well-tended parks. Visit the Croatian Walk of Fame and the small harbour known locally as Portić, and take a picture with the famous statue of the Girl with the Seagull.
Should you go on the other side oft he promenade, you will end up in an amiable little town Lovran, which offers small beaches, various summer festivities and it is a gateway to surrounding medieval towns and Učka mountain.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

En mycket fin och rymlig bostad, men bra med tillbehör i kök, två badrum och magisk utsikt. Det passade oss jättebra för de dagarna vi bodde där. Sängarna var ganska hårda men allt annat var bra.

Große geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat einen tollen Meerblick. Leider liegt die Wohnung trotz der Meernähe am Hang und wir mussten zu Fuß schon schnaufen nach dem Fussmasch vom Strand. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sauber, die Fugen in der Dusche haben aber aktuell Schimmelflecken und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Zudem gab es in der Dusche nur eine feste Kopfbrause und keine Handbrause. In der Badewanne wiederum nur eine Handbrause um im sitzen zu duschen und keine keine Kopfbrause 😒 Ansonsten war alles da, was wir benötigt haben.

Tolle Wohnung die alles bietet in einer lärmenden Umgebung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Baugebiet, das ständig mit Lärm beaufschlagt ist. Die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand und bietet alles was man benötigt. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Das Team von Rona war sehr hilfreich und hat sich sehr bemüht.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Woke up at 7 am from construction noise, produced by large equipment. This fact was completely missed in the ad description, where it stated that an apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. Manager was polite and helpful, and agreed to return money for the remaining days, however we lost time traveling there and moving in / out. Place is amazing though, when construction will be finished, would love to return.
