This beautiful modern villa with a large garden, ideal for families with children, is located in a small place Veprinac. It is part of the complex consisting of five exclusive villas that will allow you a peaceful holiday because of its quiet location and complete comfort. Each villa has its own swimming pool on the private fenced yard and a beautiful view on the Kvarner Bay. The spacious and pleasantly decorated interior is additionally equipped with a wine cellar, sauna, fitness room, and a large terrace ideal for a morning coffee with the first rays of the sun. These beautiful villas with swimming pool are bordered by the Učka Nature Park where you can expect numerous walking, cycling and educational trails. The Opatija Riviera is only a ten-minute drive away and will delight you with its beaches, catering offer and a series of events throughout the year.

The house and pool is great! But Emil is the best!! Quick response over whatsapp when we had a question. He even fixed the fence in one day because we were afraid our little dog could fall. We hope to come back next year!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr schönem Haus. Unser besonderer Dank geht auch an den Hausmanager Emil der uns immer mit Rat und Tat und guten Tipps zur Seite stand.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Ausblick ist einmalig. Die Villa ist sehr groß und schön, die Sauna war ein Highlight und der Pool ist auch wunderbar. Unser Kontakt Emil war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Anfahrt zu dem Haus ist recht anstrengend und abgelegen.
