On the main living level, the welcoming living room is furnished with care and opens directly onto a 7 m² roofed terrace, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the resort. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. A second bedroom, identically configured with 1 double bed of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 200 cm, likewise opens onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects to a pergola exit, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves the guests on this floor.

The top floor features a gallery area with a ceiling height ranging from 75 to 220 cm.
