"Great location! Very clean and had everything we needed. We came at a warmer time and was missing a/c, but the host had fans and we opened the windows in the evening which helped a lot! Did not get a chance to visit the spa located downstairs (maybe next time). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay and relax! Will be back!"

"This is a lovely stay, but it is definitely low-to-no frills. They have 2 pools and a hot tub, but they close at 9:30. They have a continental breakfast, but it is VERY underwhelming. It is a good proximity to Estes Park attractions and shopping including just around the corner from The Stanley Hotel. Good spot, but I think I'll make a different choice next time."

"This hotel is walkable to town, has a swimming pool and a hot tub & continental breakfast. The staff is delightful & kind on check in and with my questions. As I checked out the nice guy behind the desk said do you want a water bottle for the road I said yes, and it had a candy bar taped to it. Silly but wonderful. My room was ready early. My son’s room was ready early. I had a room right over the river and it was beautiful. The property is older, but well maintained the bed was very comfortable. The towels were white and spotless and good quality. Will definitely stay here again."

"The property is exactly as described and more. Location was right on the river. When we arrived there were deer in the yard. The home is supplied with everything you may need. Furnishing and beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here to hike RMNP and the location was great! Location: We could walk to the river walk with local shops and restaurants and it was also only 10-15 min away to RMNP. Onsite parking was great too because downtown parking can be tougher to find. Place: It was excellent, cute, well maintained. It was great having a small kitchen as well. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the outdoor seating areas. Quiet at night and even without AC it was cool and comfortable at night (in August). Amenities & service: we enjoyed the nightly fires and s’mores and the beautifully maintained grounds. The elk enjoyed it too and made a special appearance onsite one night! We also loved seeing hummingbirds every day. The staff was extremely helpful and recommended local spots and hikes! Would definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful, well appointed cabin. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and listening to the hum of the river. Every day we observed lots of wildlife around the cabin in the morning and before sunset, The cabin is super close to the downtown area so we always walked instead of trying to find and pay for parking. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook."
