The hotel is located near the airport with free shuttle service from Zürich airport. The staff who checked us in is nice and approachable with a friendly smile. But the bar staff is abrupt when we asked for a cup ( only 2 cups in the room when 3 of us checked in) as it is out of hours when we arrived ...
