Sunny modern tiny home - 1 min walk to beach

Enioy our slice of paradise at Waiotahe beach. This modern, Tiny-Home-style bach is only 1-2 min walk to a beautiful swimming beach. Nestled away in Waiotahe drifts; a perfect get-away for a long weekend.

The Beach hutts have all the comforts of modern living: ultra-fast broadband, Smart TVs, an extra large shower, dishwasher, large BBQ and more.

This large site has plenty of room for additional tents and caravans for larger families (power available). Dogs ok with conditions

The space
The Beach Hutts were inspired by modern tiny home living. These pods offer great indoor outdoor flow with a large deck for soaking up the sun.

Pod one includes the kitchen/living and bathroom areas, fully equipped with an induction cooker, air fryer, dishwasher, and all the things you need for a comfy stay. Pod 2 includes a large master bedroom with super-king bed,wardrobe as well as a smaller bunk room, which is perfect for kids (single bunks).

There is also an ecosa double sofa bed in the lounge (you will need to BYO bedding if you wish to use the pull out bed).

We’ve recently also added a fully covered in deck space so you can enjoy extra living space.

The site is a large flat site (700m2) and we have 2 caravan plugs and 2 outdoor electricity outlets for tents. Bring the family and enjoy a the perfect mix between caping and baching!

Other things to note
You are welcome to make bookings for more guests than stated on the listing. We have plenty of parking with two outdoor caravan/motorhome plugs and also outlets for two powered tent sites.

The new Harbour entrance is now fully operational, making Opotiki an ideal launching spot for Game fishing. there's plenty of room to park the boat/trailer onsite.

we stayed for a weekend, and it was definitely not long enough. great little space for family to relax and be near the beach in a quiet peaceful environment. looking forward to staying again- and for longer! Host is very communicative and always responds.
