We really enjoyed our stay, Dianne was helpful and easy to deal with. The campervan had everything we needed with an amazing view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again
Diane was a lovely host. Great and clear communication, beautiful and serene views. Very tidy and has all the basics one needs for a getaway. Hearing the bird life and seeing the birdlife, being nearby beaches and rivers was a plus. Will definitely be back. Thanks Diane :)
Wonderful little gem tucked away in nature, beautiful views and felt like you were stepping back in time to the more 'simpler' days, Diane the host was fantastic and very helpful, thoroughly loved our stay!
Was an amazing place for my partner and our two Fur babies. Diane the host was amazing to deal with. We would definitely stay againd. Nestled up in native bush with harbor views.
Lived up to everything it said and more. Simple, beautiful and host was a delight. We took the time needed to just stop and relax in a beautiful location, but not too far away form everything you think you may need.
We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Diane's very comfortable caravan. We loved the view from the property and being able to watch the tides come and go. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed comfortable, bathroom facilities were excellent, and the deck fantastic: even in heavy rain we were comfortable moving about. We loved the peace and quiet and hope to visit again. Diane was quick, polite and friendly to deal with and the whole experience was great!
We had a really lovely family break here over a long weekend. It's a wow moment as soon as you arrive and see the magnificent view of Ohiwa Harbour, and another wow moment as you venture down the driveway at night to see the spectacular glow worms. The caravan was affordable and was perfect for our family, everything we needed to be self-sufficient for our stay, and lots of time spent on the deck relaxing and taking in the ever-changing harbour view. Our host was helpful and friendly with great communication, and we all felt like we'd had a really lovely break and went home well rested. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation, thank you Diane.
Diane, you're a wonderful and very friendly host. Apart from maintaining the property impeccable way, your friendly approach and clear communication were definitely worth mentioning.
And your instant support on fixing the hot water issue is highly commendable.
We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and we would definitely love to come back, and we have already started recommending your place to friends and families. Thank you once again.
We had a super nice stay at Diane's place in Waiotahi and can't speak highly enough about the location, views or surroundings. Diane was very lovely to deal with. She was prompt and friendly with answering messages and lovely in person when she greeted us on arrival. She even very generously gifted us a fourth night as the space hadn't been rented for that night! That was such a kind and unexpected Christmas gift (which we gratefully accepted)! Thanks again, Diane, for sharing your special spot with us :)
What a spot! Undisturbed view of Ōhiwa Harbour; quiet and private with bush clad surrounds and its own glow worms and weka! Well presented large caravan with solid cover for protection; comfortable queen bed and covered deck for enjoying your surrounds. Lovely hostess. A delight!
We loved our 5-day stay in the caravan. It was peaceful, secluded and an amazing view. Perfect base to explore surrounding areas, with nice biking trails close nearby.
Stayed for 12 nights and loved every minute of it!
Very peaceful and private, amazing harbour views and bush back drop. The caravan had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for being a great host Dianne and we so appreciated being able to take our fur babies on holiday with us. Totally recommend this getaway gem.
