"excellent hotel! the manager was super accommodating. he sent someone to get us after we got rocks thrown at us at a restaurant (this is not how algeria is don’t worry). he also arranged for us to stay a little longer since our flight was so late. very great and helpful staff. clean rooms."

Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing.
