"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "

"I was not able to stay there as they had no electricity while the weather was 52 degrees. I had to go and pay for a different hotel. A refund would be the right thing to do ."

"Excellente équipe , d’une gentillesse extraordinaire Vraiment je recommande cette hôtel Confort Top! En face du drone de mer à 3 minutes à pieds Merci à la femme de chambre du 4 eme d’une gentillesse à votre service. Je reviendrai sans problème,"

"Staff were amazin Unfortunately due to my disability was difficult for me me to use the stairs because no lift available and the building so old that I was struggling breathing due damp smell Overall all good"

"Clean room, staff polite. "

"Extremely disappointing experience. Cleanliness: Absolutely zero. Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black. Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed. Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection. Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it. I will definitely never stay here again."

"Really great, first class hotel located on the tram line. Super comfy beds, wonderful breakfast buffet. Most of all, excellent customer service! The two lovely ladies at the front desk spoke English and answered all of our questions cheerfully. They do need to fix the second elevator 😊"

"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "

"Clean and comfortable. Helpful and educated staff. Close to the city centre."
