This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 7th floor and is approximately 1,958 square feet.

The master suite features a King bed and a private bath including a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom features two Queen beds with a private bath. The third bedroom features a King-sized bed and also has a private bath. All bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV.

The unit also features wireless internet access, flat-screen TV in the living room and a sofa-sleeper, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wet bar with an ice-maker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the fourth bathroom which also has a walk-in shower.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Phoenix West II offers spectacular Gulf-front views and fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide. This complex also offers an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, a large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, a grilling area, and a boardwalk with an outdoor shower. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
