Beautiful views. Spacious luxurious condo. Only downside is that this is a large high rise and so at peak volume times the elevator wait is frustrating and the beach is crowded. (Mid summer) But we’ve come to OB now for 15 years and it is one of the best places to stay.

Had 9 people . Condo was very large with plenty of sleeping space for guest. There was a water event the day before we arrived so there were a few issues but no one’s fault. The staff were very efficient in informing us of the conditions.

We had an amazing time! The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay! Beds were comfy (at least the master was and I didn't hear any one complain). Hot tub might have a sensor out or something bc the water was scalding so we couldn't use it. We would like to go back in the fall!

This condo is beautiful! Lots of room for the nine of us! The only issues we had was the refrigerator must be controlled by the owner and they forgot to turn the temperature down and the fridge stayed at a warmer temperature than it should have been on. I had to keep some food in the beverage cooler. Also on our second full day of our stay they drained the hot tub for cleaning and wecleaning and we never got a chance to get back in it! Our grandchildren loved the water slide, however the pool water was FREEZING Overall, we had a good time? turn it down.

Beautiful condo but the location of the pools and hot tubs were problematic. Indoor pools and hot tubs were closed on and off a good bit of the time while we were there. There were cigarette butts in the outside pool every time we took the kids to it. The lazy river was at the front of the complex away from most everything else and more like a lazy circle in size. I don’t see us renting here again. The beach was beautiful and every worker we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Overall the place is not all its hype up to be. There was a ton of broken or closed amenities. Our jacuzzi tub in the master was broken and had been since 1/9 and the hot tub down stairs was also broken and half of our stay the ice maker was broken. The breakfast and pool tables were “seasonal” so we also didn’t get to enjoy those. They came in daily to check the hot tub on the balcony which was inconvenient due to it being different times every day. The only decent thing about this whole condo is the jacuzzi on the balcony.

We read all of the reviews of this property and knew to expect some imperfections. After all it is a rental and those are never perfect. However upon arrival to the condo some things we did notice were the whattaburger cup left from the previous guests, The contacts left in a drawer and the floors were not vacuumed. We did expect a little better cleaning job. Also, we waited all week for a Plummer to show up and fix the shower in one of the bathrooms, thank goodness there were 2 others because he never showed. Aside from that we had a great trip and would love to stay at Turquoise Place again.

We took our Grandmother to the beach for her 80th bday. As soon as she walked in, she loved the place. Everything was nice and spacious. Very clean. We didn't utilize the hot tub on the balcony because there were some issues. But overall everything was great. Would stay there again if we planned another trip to that beach!

Reviewer Comments: This unit is very spacious and in a fabulous location on the beach as well as great access to stores, etc. Patio is a huge plus and where we spent the majority of our time. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and with quality items. We experienced problems with the microwave, refrigerator, master jetted tub does not work, hot tub needs attention, broken bed needed to be repaired. Everything was addressed with Liquid Life but not what we had expected given the cost of the unit. Indoor pool was not heated until our last day. Outdoor pool in tower C (where unit is located) was not clean. Beach is one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches we've visited. Very family orientated setting. While we had issues, Liquid Life was extremely responsive and resolved issues that could be resolved. Past guests have listed the fridge as an ongoing issue.

The condo was nice but there were issues. We had no television during our stay due to a provider change-over. Also, the master bath jaccuzi emitted a sewage odor the entire stay and was not operational. Condo personnel responded to the complaints but were unable to fix them during our visit.
