Surprised my niece for her 13th birthday with a weekend beach trip. I have always stayed at a Phoenix Property since I was young and they never disappoint. We had a great time. Great condo!!

This condo was nicely upgraded. New paint, new cabinetry, new floors, new granite, new sinks and faucets. The only thing not upgraded was the tub surround. It was your standard one piece tub/shower. They had a king sized bed with a memory foam topper (might have been a memory foam mattress, we didn't check). The table and chairs on the deck were bistro height. All in all it was well appointed for the price point.

There was not clear communication regarding the parking fee. You could not hear the ocean for the fountains at the pool, and there was a good bit of noise coming from the pool area at night.

Perfect beach vacation. Beautiful condo with updated furnishings.. Very comfortable and very clean. It was a joy to stay here. We will definitely return and recommend this place to our loved ones and friends.?
