Great little place
Let me quote from our travel journal: "The biggest, freshest, butteriest croissants in all the world were on the breakfast table." That and at least three cups of coffee got us going each of our two days in Orange! We loved this little place, so conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and tolerant of our high school French. I agree that the en suite bathroom with no ceiling was a little disconcerting, but hey... Great little place!

Perfect location. Convenient Paid Parking 5 minutes away from property Because of this great location of hotel which is on a pedestrian road cannot drive right to entrance. Very friendly staff.

This was my first time visiting Orange and staying at L'Herbier. As a single traveller, I found my room to be large and although it didn't have air-con (some rooms do), the ceiling fan was extremely quiet and efficient. Nathalie and her daughter Lesley couldn't do enough to help and please. I really enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace at the front and both the croissants and baguettes were fresh with an excellent choice of coffee, teas, jams, cheese, cold meat and fruit. The hotel is very central giving easy access to sites, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this small hotel.
