House was very clean and well equipped, with plenty of rustic charm. The only criticism is that the back yard doesn't share that charm -- just a square of lawn, with no trees or shrubs. But the house was a good base for the Orange Chamber Music festival -- walking distance to venues, restaurants and pubs.
Loved staying in this cute little property. Great location, smooth checkin process which made our stay enjoyable. Great to deal with.
Only one little comment, the property could probably do with a little deep clean including blinds, oven, washing machine seal needs a clean, etc.. apart from that it was great.
Beautiful house loved everything about it.
Was nice that the aircon was on so the house was heated when we arrived. Had everything we needed and very close to the shops. Will definitely stay again when we are in orange again.
As soon as you walk in to the cottage you feel at home - from the warmth that greets you and the music playing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Two very minor things, it would have been great to have a little long life milk in the fridge so we could make coffee/tea, and a few lights were out in the corridor and first bedroom..but overall a wondeful short and sweet stay and we look forward to coming back to Orange in the future
Easy place to hang for the weekend close to town and all Orange has to offer. Nice home and easy check in and stayed before as like
the set up and felt at home quickly. Nice touch with bathroom products, sauces etc

Good location, very clean, everything you need, great heating & cooling
Whilst the home is quaint and full of character, it has been beautifully renovated and is full of all the necessary mod con's to make anyone's stay something to remember. Our only issue is that we didn't stay longer. We will certainly be back.
Great location for us with lovely neighbourhood. The property is well set out and has most things you need to a pleasant stay. The local providore options to order that could be delivered was fabulous.
The let didn’t for this property was the lack of cleanliness throughout. Was not good. Not acceptable at the best of times, certainly not during a pandemic. The outdoor bin located at the side of the house near the front door made arrival quite a shock to the system as it smelt like something dead/rotting. I did raise these concerns with the property manager who had offered to come and clean personally which was appreciated. But once in with a 5 year old, little hard to then head out while someone comes in and cleans. Dealt with additional cleaning ourselves.
My husband and I stayed with our three year old for three nights - we loved it. The house itself is lovely and comfortable. It is situated on a charming and quiet street but well within walking distance to shops and pubs etc. The only negatives we had were very minor - No children's kitchen utensils such as plastic plates and cups (luckily we brought our own), and there was a little noise coming through from the adjoining property. This wasn’t too much of a problem, but if you are unlucky and happen to book next to a particularly noisy neighbour this could become an issue. We would definitely stay again.
We loved our stay, the place was cosy and homely. It had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was amazing. Thank you so much, we will be recommending this place to all of our friends.
A beautifully renovated house. Perfect location to walk to pubs etc for dinner. Very clean and well presented. Easy check in. Highly recommend as a home to stay in Orange.
