"House was clean but had a dog smell. Not sure if it was in the furniture or the wood floor. Had a little salamander? In the back room by the laundry. Furnishings and kitchen items were all adequate. "

"It was a very good stay. Comfortable bed, quiet room, and it’s convenient to have the restaurant next door. My only complaints are that the tile floor in the room was swept, but needs mopping and the shower head needs replacing. The sprayer doesn’t spray out of the middle, just the sides. "

"The written directions to get to the cabin were misleading, using Fort McCoy as the address rather than Salt Spring. Using them we were misled by approximately 10-15 miles. This was at 10pm. Fortunately the lady helping manage the cabin called us and tried to talk us into the right path. When she realized we were helplessly lost, she drove 15 miles to personally guide us to the cabin. The cabin itself was very nice. The shower bath tub set up is in desperate need of shower safety bars and a rubber mat on the tub floor. "

"Best vacation ever! Everything was outstanding! Our hosts were so welcoming, felt like being home. The environment is so relaxing. Our home away from home had everything you needed and then some…just in case you forget something, it is probably there. Loved visiting with the horses and other critters. There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area, plus lots of restaurants. Would not hesitate to come back…and hope to see you again!!"

"The hosts were excellent and the cottage was great! We enjoyed the beautiful views and the quiet area. The only small issue was even after getting WiFi code it wasn’t working well and tv kept going off and on periodically but having said that if you was to unplug and relax this is for you!"
