We stopped here for the night as we were passing through SC, the hotel is going through renovations so expect some dust and tape on the walls but aside from that it is a lovely place, the rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable and we had no issue parking with a truck and trailer

The staff was kind and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, the booking experience was misleading. The hotel appeared to be fully booked with only a few king-size rooms available, which led me to assume that most of my event group was staying there. In reality, it seems certain areas of the hotel were unavailable due to repairs—not that the hotel was actually near capacity. I also chose this hotel over our company-provided lodging specifically because it advertised having a usable available indoor swimming pool. I paid more for that reason. Unfortunately, when I arrived and got the kids ready to swim, I was told the hotel no longer has an indoor pool. This was very disappointing. The website and listing need to be updated to reflect accurate amenities. This kind of misinformation impacts decision-making and guest expectations. Expedia provided only a partial refund ($50 in rewards), which did not fully make up for the inconvenience.

Wish this hotel was in every city we ever need to stay in! Staff was super friendly when we checked in. We reserved a king with sofa bed, didn't need the sofa bed but all that was left with king bed. The room was HUGE and well appointed. Very clean and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast had a lot of choices, not just a cold cereal and milk place. We enjoyed our stay and price was reasonable for all this.
