The tub wouldn't drain while you took a shower.. We reserved for 2 guests, but had a worm or centipede crawling guest join us when we woke up.. room 105.. aside from that, loved the hotel..

The rate was reasonable, but the rooms are dated and would benefit from renovations. The AC unit was quite loud, there was no dehumidifier, and the window shades didn’t provide full privacy or blackout coverage.
However, the property’s location is excellent — very convenient to Universal Parks, with a wonderful water park for children and several dining options within walking distance. Guests should be aware that sales representatives may approach them upon arrival.

The flooring in the room felt sandy from the moment we first entered the room. I would expect that if I had brought it in on my shoes, but we came from parking to the room.
