"Front desk was closed when we arrived. We called the phone # left on a sign for guest that were locked out of their room but no answer. I called the next day and the female that answered the phone was rude and extremely condescending."
"My wife and I were travelling from Alberta to Ontario, on day 3 of a multi-day drive. This was the third hotel that we booked through Expedia, with the previous two being amazing. We arrived at around 8 PM local time - tired from an almost 10-hour drive from North Dakota. As we walked in, we noticed immediately that the hotel was dated and the air quality was poor. We checked in with the help of the hotel's general manager (Mr. Patel), it was swift. We were given a room in the third floor, and although the initial vibes were not good, we decided to proceed. As we exited the elevator, we noticed that the hallway carpeting was heavily stained in some sections. We walked in the room and I went straight to the bathroom. I noticed the foul smell of urine right away. The room was very dated and overall, was not in good condition. One section of a wall had a hole, and the floor looked filthy. The air quality in the room left nothing to be desired, which may have been caused by cigarette smoke. We checked out about an hour later, as soon as we secured accommodation with another hotel. We turned the card over to Mr. Patel, who did not seem surprised. Be warned, the photos shared by hotel management are far from reality. We wasted $115 on this booking. Not as advertised!!!"
