    "No lift to ease moving luggage up and down the hotel. The staff she is a bit rude during check-in. Asked her to show where the washroom is, she tried to explained but I did not understand. She finally left her office and showed me with a very bad attitude. The staff that took over the next day (African decant). She is nice and friendly. "

    "Upon arrival communication was great, exceot that we were given the wrong address. As soon as we reported a problem with the room, we were ghosted. The potable a/c unit was caked in dirt and unusable. We were brought a fan once we communicated with housekeeping when we realized that the office staff was no help at all. Housekeeping was great even telling us goodbye when we passed on the street. Besides the a/c, the damaged floors were the worst and actually a danger. The laminate had holes in it..."
