  • Right behind restaurant KKO, over a small pedestrian path walk right in to the small private compound of 4 villas .No car needed to go the beach or out for dinner. Stay in this villa and have everything within very easy walking distance. Less than 2 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach of St. Martin, the famous beach restaurants ,and the vast choice of restaurants,bars and watersports, this very quiet villa (not directly on a street) with private pool and private secluded garden, has 3 spacious bedrooms and a living /dining room. There is a separate toilet on the 1st floor and a recently added one on the 2nd floor., bringing the total on the 2nd floor to 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Guest bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom can be made up as 1 big bed.
    The grocery store and French bakeries are only a 5 min walk. Optic fibre , satelite TV Very important to know that it has it s own water tank so regular local water cuts do not turn your holiday into a nightmare.
    The outside terrace has dining space for 6 guests. Pool and garden are automatically lit for romantic evenings. BBQ, Both AC and fan in all bedrooms and living room.
    The quaint village of Orient Bay with its shops, grocery store , hairdresser, ice cream parlor and many restaurants , pool table and big screen for sports events, is less than 5 minutes walking. In high season there is musical entertainment and karaoke in the Village .
    Ideally for beach, but also for visiting the islands' both sides (French and Dutch, (Mullet bay golf course and casino's) located in the middle between Marigot and Philipsburg.
    Perfect for family and friends reunions. CHILDREN FROM 8 YEARS WELCOME, the option does not exist on this website but it s my policy.
    Enjoy total seclusion in this very quiet and private villa but enjoy the hussle and bustle right when YOU want it !
