The Ametys is a stylishly modern, spacious, very clean and well kept 2 bedrooms 2 baths

Ametys apartment rental in the heart of Orient Bay at 50 meters to the beach.

It is a 2nd floor corner unit located in a quiet, low rise townhouse community with ample parking at footsteps from the unit. The Ametys is very conveniently located to get to the beach, restaurants & bars ON FOOT. This rental is a true find on Orient Bay! A great value and you will love the location of this fully air-conditioned apartment that offers quite spacious accommodations on almost 98 m2/1,100 sq ft and lots of amenities including a recently installed 55" / 140 cm Smart TV incl. Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc., as well as US Satellite TV with numerous American channels and Canal+ French Satellite TV.

The fully air-conditioned condo is on the 2nd floor with a split level / two-level layout expanding on 1054 sq. ft. or 98 m².

On the first level is a bright, open plan living room, an immaculate kitchen, two dining areas (one inside, one on the terrace) plus a private, beautifully decorated Master bedroom with en-suite bath. Above the dining area/kitchen is an open loft that can serve as an additional living space.

Delphine was a wonderful host, quick to respond and always going above and beyond. The location was perfect, just a few steps to Orient Beach near all the restaurants and shops. Her place was clean, spacious and bright. She provided towels, water bottles, basic toiletries and housekeeping on the 4th day of our stay. The beds were comfortable, the living room was great place to relax after day at the beach, the washer was extremely useful. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated and very clean property. Attention to detail was much appreciated. Extra towels, beach towels, beach bag, hooks for bath towels, lots of hangars and everything you need to cook. Delphine is a great host and was always available if we needed anything. We hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at one of Delphine’s properties.
