"Do not go for delight or deluxe stay, its not at all value for money. Rooms are not hygienic and they provide us torn towels and pillows very old bed sheets . Bathroom fittings are not standard. Overall very cheap setup."

"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. But the complimentary breakfast they provide is excellent with a variety of dishes. That's one very good positive thing we noticed there. Otherwise it's a very...
