"The apartment was very nice and in a good location for us. Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. "Excellent apartment in a new secure development with pristine facilities such as a fantastic and clean communal swimming pool, only 10mins walk to numerous bars, restaurants & a small supermarket (Villamartin Plaza). The apartment itself was immaculate with everything virtually new. The roof solarium was amazing with sun loungers, sofa, chairs, dining table and BBQ facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment."

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (reichlich Handtücher, Putzutensilien, Wäscheständer und - klammern). Das Wohnzimmer ist so groß, dass genug Platz für den Wäscheständer war und ich sogar mein Fahrrad unterstellen konnte. Cons: Leider ist direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster ein Parkplatz. Nachdem wir die ersten beiden Nächte mehrmals geweckt wurden, haben wir bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen."

Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. "Pros: Apartment has everything what you need! Spotless and we'll organised. Location is just right, grocery stores, Saturday market, shopping centre are very close. Caretaker and host are nice people. Will recommend this place!!!"
