3 level fully furnished, modernized townhouse near to the golf, in Villamartin / Villacosta
This modernised, very tastefully furnished 3 levels townhouse offers 2 bedrooms 1 bathrooms (plus a down floor toilet with hand wash) and an American style open kitchen with a dining area and a Lounge, which has seating for 4-6 person with 2 sofas. One of them could be opened and used as bed for 2.
There is a small private garden in the front, a covered terrace which is shaded from the mid-day sun with comfortable garden furnitures. The rooftop solarium has a drinks table and comfortable seatings for 4.
On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms, air conditioner is provided on this floor. During the cooler months this air conditioner unit is also a heater, in addition there is an electric chimney in the Lounge floor.

Set in a peaceful location within walking distance of Villamartin Plaza (10 mins), close to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall, and easy access to several blue flag beaches. The nearest being La Zenia approximatly 10 minutes drive. There are also 3 local golf courses in the close neighbour.

TV, the kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, full oven with hob, toaster, electric kettle, micro-wave, coffee machine, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Built in wardrobes in both bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds with a separate fitted wardrobe too. All bed linen and towels are provided including beach towels to save you room in your suitcase.
