The hotel was nice , the only thing i did not like was housekeeping never came to clean my room or replace towels for the 2 days i stayed there , lucky thing i am not a messy person , but i still would have liked to have fresh towels and my bed made
Stayed there because of proximity to airport and shuttle service to airport, you are not set for shuttle service for early morning flight,instead had to hire Uber $50 with tip
I had a 6am departure,maybe you should advise people in the future that you not supply shuttle (free) service for early departure
I was asked/encouraged to use SMS to request housekeeping or room service. When I sent the text no one responded and that was disappointing. Other than that, I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly.
We stayed in room 228 and it was a great stay. We were traveling from WPB for the weekend and chose Cambria due to its reviews as well as proximity to our planned activities. The check in and check out process was quick and smooth especially since our arrival was around 10pm. Service was great the entire time and other guests were polite and quiet. My only issue was one light in our room above the door did not work but did not impact our stay. We notified front staff for future stays with no issue. Definitely will be booking here again since we travel to this area often.
We booked this property based off of the star rating. It was horrible from check in with rude customer service to no water pressure to broken down mattresses and dirty accommodations. Must have a large family all supporting and leaving 5 stars… I don’t get it!!
PLEASE inform travelers they need to call for the airport shuttle. We spent more than a hour trying to figure out where the shuttle was and then it didn't arrive. This cost us more money because we had to take an Uber XL to the hotel. Also the last flights get in at 0100 so the shuttle should run until 0200.
Nice newer clean place with everything you need at hotel, but walkable to Mcdonalds and 7/11.
Pool is nice, ans lots of free parking

The hotel was very nicely decorated and very clean. The front desk staff very helpful. Our problem with this hotel was due to an issue with he handicap accessible room we reserved. My husband can’t walk therefore we need a roll in shower. While there was a shower it had a 6 inch lip around the front which made getting the wheelchair in difficult. The grab bars are positioned opposite of the seat which made it dangerous for him to get to the seat. The seat was positioned too far into the shower for him to slide in from the outside . It was obviously designed by someone who knows little about persons with disabilities. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is able bodied., though.
