The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic.
Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. When I asked the virtual assistance “person” how Expedia planned to make this right, I had no response. Thanks Expedia for taking zero responsibility!!
