The best location in Orlando. Our apartment is completely renovated with a beautiful wooden floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen all brand new with everything you need for your stay. Do not miss an incredible vacation in a privileged place. In the heart of International Drive, an area full of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and many attractions. Very near to Universal Studios, Convention Center, Sea World and a few minutes from Disney.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and its on suite bathroom has a shower. The other bedroom has one full and one twin bed and its bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The kitchen has a two burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender and every dishes that you need.
Washer and dryer are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building you will be staying at. Each cycle is $ 2.50.
Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. Ice machines and vending machines are on in each building.

Enjoyed our stay

Great place to relax after a day at the theme parks. Appreciated that there is a round trip bus service (separate cost) that picks up in front to get to Universal.

Serves its purpose

The place is pretty small, no stove, just a range. For the price in the area we needed to be, it definitely served it's purpose, and was advertised accordingly.

A great and cozy apartment

Me and my friends stayed in this apartment for the second time, it is very well located, especially if you want to visit Universal Park. The unit was very clean, no smells or bad odors, super comfortable beds, the people in charge of the unit were super attentive and helpful.

The unit was perfect for our needs. The property was a bit noisy, but I think you would find that at any hotel. You have no control over how other people respect their surroundings. I would stay here again.

Enclave Orlando

We were minutes away from Universal Studios where we spent 4 busy days enjoying ourselves. There is a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The property was clean and fulfilled our needs nicely. The communication with the owners was awesome, answered all questions we had in a prompt manner. They were nice to work with and appreciate their communication with us to ensure we had a nice stay and that everything was good with the condo. Thank you!.

Very nice unit

This was a very nice unit. We had 5 people staying there and it was bit small. It is within walking distance to Universal, but I will say, it would not be an easy walk if you have little kids. It is on busy roads and you have to cross the freeway. This was fine for our group as we were all adults and teens. Uber for 5 was anywhere from $10-$40 depending on how busy they were at the time. I gave it 4 starts for a couple of reasons. The first was the hot tubs were not working. When I told the person at the front desk, he kindof argued with me that they were fine, but eventually said he'd let the pool people know. The other reason is, in my opinion, there were not adequate towels and washcloths. In fact there were no washcloths at all in the kitchen or the bathrooms. There was one towel and one handtowel per person for the bathrooms and 4 pool towels. There were no kitchen towels. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Because of the promotion we expected something different. But it served us well. I hope those raccoons are gone when people start using the pool. They go in the water...brrrr!

Great location to Universal and Discovery Cove.

The room was exactly what we expected. The disappointment came from issues with COVID. Front desk is closed. No one to ask if questions arise. The restaurant we thought was on-site was not open. Shuttle to parks not going at this time. Never found indoor pool or washing machine to wash our towels. Just like I said, COVID just interferes with the conveniences we have come to appreciate.

Great and cozy!

This place is the perfect size for a family. It’s location is perfect if you will visiting the main Orlando Attractions. We had good stay and the property manager was very communicative and helpful.
