HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Great location to theme parks and comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is only 14 minutes to Disney and there is a Publix across the street. Having an on-site washer and dryer was awesome. We would recommend this property to others looking to stay in this area.

Another decent Disney Storey rental

This is our 3rd stay in Storey Lake Resort and this property was good but not great. The pros were communication was quick but when we arrived there were a lot of things broken like the kitchen faucet handle and closet doors and one of the sliding doors to the outside. It was clean, just not well maintained or checked in between renters. They came the next day to fix things, but some things couldn’t be fixed like the outdoor table’s rusted feet and the worn out couch. Again, just needed some updates and caretaking and it would have been a 5. At the end there was a disagreement about the pool heating fee (the pool was heated longer than we asked and became unusable for half of the week) but they did agree to discount us that fee. Again, not horrible, not great but that’s kind of what we’ve come to expect in Storey Lake unfortunately.

Great place

Loved this place! The kids loved the pool and the Star Wars beds and I thing that they had everything we needed for our trip and even some things we forgot to get were already there. (i.e pack and play)

Review

The home were nice. It said it slept 9, but we did not get any information on how to sleep our 7th person so someone slept on the couch. There was a waffle left beside the refridgerator. I sent message about things I saw in the room and outside I did not get a response from anyone. Everyone was nice, but the response was not that great even when I locked myself out of my bathroom. My mom told me how to open it not the young lady on the phone.
