This property is located in Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee Florida. Storey Lake Resort is located off Osceola Parkway just east of Vineland Road (CR-535) strategically positioned near Orlando's top attractions.

> Universal Studios: Just 18 miles away, reachable within a 25-minute drive.

> Orlando Premium Outlets: A shopper's paradise, located 18 miles away, a short 25-minute drive.

> Tree Trek Adventures: Right across from the resort, offering thrilling outdoor treetop obstacle courses and zip lines, with separate courses for kids and adults.

You have multiple transportation options to reach us from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Either catch an Uber for a convenient ride or rent a car through Turo or one of the various rental car companies available at MCO. The airport is approximately 27 miles away, taking about 30 minutes to drive. Once you arrive, rest assured that we offers parking space for up to 4 vehicles



Other Things to Note:

🧹 Housekeeping:

At check-in, you’ll find the unit sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service! While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating:

Want to enjoy a warm swim during your stay? Add pool heating for just $35 per day! Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.



🧼 Pool Maintenance:

Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you might notice some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly!



🍔 BBQ Usage:

Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank for your grilling adventures!



🐾 Pet Policy:

Bringing your furry friend? We’re happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy’s accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof! 🐶



🌧️ Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your stay, especially during Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will follow Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking.

Remember, you’re staying in someone’s home, not a hotel. Treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to address them promptly. Please notify us immediately with any concerns so we can resolve them quickly!

Just like a hotel check-in, we’ll verify your ID and secure your stay—except it’s all online and easy to do on your phone! We use a trusted system called Happy Guest, where you’ll complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and choose one of two options to secure your stay:



1.) Place a $1,000 hold on your card (not charged, just a hold)

2.) OR purchase a $60 incident coverage policy and skip the hold entirely



Arrival instructions are sent only after completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
