    We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

    Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

    • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
    1-Cost: $35 per day.
    2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
    3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
    4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
    5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
    It does not have jets.
    6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

    The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
    Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

    • HOUSEKEEPING
    There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

    • ONLINE PURCHASE
    If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
    Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

This property has much potential, but definitely needs some tender loving care. The pictures need to be updated. I agree with another renter with the mold; the master bedroom in the second floor has a visible leak and a strong odor of mold/moisture. The home needs a DEEP cleaning, the floors felt slippery, a lot of dust, and the walls were dirty.. I rented several homes in Orlando and majority provide pool towels for guest, owner should look into supplying this for renters. One of the pool lounge chairs was broken (liability), a curtain handle was broken, landscaping needed and an excessive amount of FLIES. The flies had to honestly be the worst of all, you literally have to rush in/out to avoid all the flies walking. Other than that, the home is in a great location, the view of the lake was beautiful at night. Short drive to the parks as well.

Unexpected Concerns for Basic Necessities

Hello, I want to first state that even though the time spent at your residency with my family was most memorable and I do appreciate how the time needed for my family and I was available, but beyond those circumstances my family and I were not pleased nor impressed by the state of the residency. I'm sure me stating these issues may or may not go anywhere but someone should be aware or at the least simply do better in your basic business practices and operations. Initially just pulling in the driveway and stepping out of our car, we were attack by swarms of flies from previous leftover garbage that was overflowing on the side of the house by the garage. Once entering the home the front door inside and out was not only tethered and worn but it was dirty with clear and visible stains which I have pictures of as well. The pool area initially looked dirty due to the tile on the pool that was placed which typically when a patron thinks of a pool the thought of seeing clear water is what is expected. The tile placed in the pool not only makes the water look dirty as if it was the same water from the pond outside the home but the lights that were placed did not even work. There were no identifying marker to show the depth of the pool, which is EXTREMELY dangerous. The pool area itself looked unkept with dirt and grime on the outside windows and also additional stains on the walls.The pool area also had webbing, leaves, and dirt around the pool sitting area with the poolside furniture being broken and the table was not clean. We couldn't sit outside as a family because the furniture was not suitable especially for our children. The kitchen not only had broken dishes which was the least of the concerns. The dishwasher rack to place dishes on was off the track and broken. The shelves on the refrigerator were also broken and kept fallen off everytime anything was place on them. The worst of all the decor was the chairs presented in the kitchen. The chairs were peeling and the laminent was completely gone. The chairs were old and uncomfortable and each time one of my children sat in the chair my wife and I had to sweep the floor because of the worn pieces that continued to fall. In the family room and dining room the furniture simply put was also outdated and worn. My toddler kept tripping over the tethered and worn area rug. The table in the family room was scratched up and the rug was dirty. The family room has a ledge above the couch which clearly hasn't

Disappointing and Black Mold

Disappointing, got there to find one bathroom with HUGE black mold in master bathroom window in shower, also black mold in child's bedroom window directly above bed, AND black mold on door to pool. Had to abandon both the bedroom and bathroom, which meant we paid for 5 bedrooms with access to only four. Management was notified on Monday morning (the morningafter we arrived), they said they'd send someone. We left Saturday morning and no one came or reached out. Pictures show 3 lounge chairs at pool. Only two were there when we arrived and one was totally broken. Advertised as 12 occupancy...but furniture in living room was different than pictured and only sat 5 people. I reached out to Management on Friday before we left about frustration,there response was "we apologize, we'll do better next time". No refund offered. Now for the positive, the beds were clean and comfortable, even the mattress we used on the floor of another room due to mold. The location is great if you just want close accessibility to tourist events. It is located in a housing addition and homes are on top of each other. Guessing this is not a Premier Host with VRBO. I try to stick with premier hosts, but this was made last minute due to cancelation of our prior reservation canceled to property sale suddenly. I would not recommend this unless you were going to treat it like hotel close to attractions and had 6 or less people. We had 9 and it was difficult to be comfortable there. Such a disappointment, sadly my major issues could have been easily addressed if the management company had only followed thru.

This house is in a great location. It is near lots of restaurants minutes from Disney but still very private
