Location and house was nice. The hot tub and back area was not clean and up to par. On my 2nd night I found Bed Bugs in the bed. I reported it probably and was not given the response I expected. I could not get in touch with the owner, I left messages and I contacted Vrbo and was told I would get my ful refund and place in a new property but that wasnā€™t the case I was only refunded for the 2 days I had been at that property and I had to use that to find and book another property not to mention I had to come out of pocket again in order to have enough for the new property which I didnā€™t get a refund on that and I was promised that also but after I booked they told me I was not getting that because the property I booked was not enough. Iā€™m still in the process of trying to recover my money I spent and was promised. I do not recommend this property at all and Iā€™m really disappointed in Vrbo because Iā€™ve booked with them and have spent plenty of money with them and this was not a good outcome with my situation. I sent well over 1400 dollar plus pet fees in which I had to find another place for my dog to stay because the new property didnā€™t allow pets. So yeah very frustrating and disappointing. If you see this listing RUNN. SINCERELY ONE UNPLEASED COSTUMER
