The house was very accommodating. However, the floor wasn’t clean. I actually steam mopped it and it was still dirty. We had babies crawling on the floor getting dirty. The beds were old or felt old. One had springs in the mattress. It was a great location and a great floor plan for a large group. The area around the pool needs to be cleaned up. The flooring again was dirty. Overall, it was a good house . We would rent it again but we would bring a mop! Hahaha

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
House was filthy. Rugs were just downright nasty. The king bed to the left of the staircase had a hole in the right side of it. When you sat there, you fell into the hole and the drawers at the bottom of the bed opened. The entire bed slanted to one side. Outside rugs and furniture needed to be cleaned. Towels were sparse and poor quality. Water filter, if they have one should be changed, water had a distinct smell. Any clothes we did wash needed to be rewashed when we went to the house in Naples. Kitchen was poorly stocked. We had to cook baco in shifts due to the lack of the proper pots and pans. One of the filthiest parts of the house were the airducts. So much dust and grime. What makes me upset is that I asked the management to make sure the house was clean. I was assured it was and there should be no problem. Not sure who does the cleaning but they should be fired. Any updates they made were poorly installed and cheap! This entire experience was a disappointment for the 5 adults that stayed in the house.
