This 6-bedroom house, located Kissimmee, is less than a 10-minute drive to Walt Disney World and its 4 amazing theme parks! The game room is super equipped so that the fun doesn't have to end in the theme parks! It includes an air hockey table, pool, foosball, ping-pong, basketball game, and PlayStation! Open floor plans with modern furniture in a well maintained home with all you need for your staycation in Orlando. Go to parks with the family or stay home and have it all.

***POOL HEATING*** POOL FACING North-west - There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The house has a spa.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a 2 car indoor garage. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost) *** The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only 1 small dog under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. No more than 1 dog per booking.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Great House

The house was spacious, perfect for large groups. Great backyard and close to everything. Definitely would stay there again.
