Enjoy a spacious Orlando getaway in this 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom villa located inside the gated Sonoma Resort community. Designed for families and groups, the home combines private bedroom suites, generous gathering areas, lake views, a private screened pool, and convenient access to Disney, Universal, shopping, and dining.

The Space

The home includes seven bedrooms, each with access to its own bathroom.

The main living area features an open layout, a large sectional sofa, flat-screen television, and views toward the lake.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and seating for up to 16 guests, with 12 seats at the dining table and four at the breakfast bar.

Game-room equipment is provided for guest enjoyment. Due to frequent use, individual items may occasionally require maintenance or become temporarily unavailable. Recreational equipment is not guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Guests whose stay depends on a specific item should confirm its current availability before booking.

Private Pool Area

The screened outdoor area includes:

Travel times may vary depending on traffic, construction, and park schedules.

Optional pool heating is available for $35 per day, with a three-night minimum.

The spa uses the same heating system as the swimming pool and is not an independent hot tub. Heating performance may be affected by outside temperatures and weather conditions.

Pool service is performed weekly, normally on Wednesdays, although the schedule may vary.

Optional Outdoor Kitchen

The summer kitchen includes a grill, sink, and refrigerator and may be added for $135 per stay, subject to availability.

BBQ use, pool heating, and equipment rentals are optional services. They must be requested in advance and are not automatically included with the reservation.

This is a self-catering property. A limited starter supply of basic household products is provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies during the stay.

Guests may use the shared amenities at Sonoma Resort, including:

* Clubhouse
* Fitness center
* Playground
* Walking trails
* Sports courts

Resort amenities are managed separately and may occasionally close for maintenance, weather, private events, or community operational reasons.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted only with prior written approval.

* $95 non-refundable fee per pet
* Maximum of three pets per reservation
* Maximum weight of 35 pounds per pet
* Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture
* Guests must remove pet waste
* Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply

Undisclosed or unauthorized pets may result in a $250 fee, plus any applicable cleaning or damage costs.

Parking

The driveway comfortably accommodates two vehicles, with a maximum of three vehicles permitted at the property.

Street parking and parking on grass are prohibited.

RVs, trailers, boats, and golf carts are not permitted. Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Packages and Deliveries

UPS, FedEx, and DHL generally deliver directly to the house.

USPS delivery is not available at the property.

The host and property manager are not responsible for delayed, missing, rejected, or returned packages.
