- Free parking for 3 vehicles. Any additional vehicles cost $25 each per stay.

- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense..

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Excellent Property w/ Plenty of Room

We had a party of 15 and were down from Georgia for a Disney/Universal family vacation. 9028 Flamingo Key Way was an excellent property, gated & safe, w/more than enough room for our large group. Our only complaint was the pool wasn't clean upon arrival, but the pool crew did show up to clean it. We didn't get to use it our first night, but was available the remaining 2 days. Bring extra towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. An overall wonderful stay and we'd definitely consider this property for future stays in the area.

Disney family vacation

The house was spacious for our family of 13. Disney is around 8 miles from the property but with traffic it's about a 20-25 minute drive. I think more than 1 dish towel and a few more rolls of toilet paper would be appreciated. We did not use the pool at the home but rather went down to the resort pool. The manager at the resort was very nice, the waiter at the resort restaurant was also very nice. There is no lifeguard on duty but there are pool attendants (Security). make sure you are with your children, teens etc. at the big pool otherwise they will make a fuss!

Small things matter... surprised at the limited amount of sundries. booked 12 people for 8 days and there were very few rolls of toilet paper, 3 additional garbage bags and 2 rolls of paper towels. we purchased what was needed but would expect that those would be available. paid for use of the BBQ, yet there were no grilling utensil or grill brush. also surprise there were no pans available only pots and lastly sereal of the TV remotes were mising batteries again we purchased them but very disappointing that we had too

We enjoyed our stay but dealing with Master Vacation Homes was not easy

You can tell the house is used hard but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. A little misleading to say things included like the wave pool and then to find out you have to pay for it. Dealing with Master Vacation Homes was a mess - will not do that again.

Large fun filled family home

17 of our family stayed at this house for our son’s wedding week. Great location, and Solara Resort has wonderful amenities. We ate lunch at the resort, which was good. Pool at our house was very nice to have when you didn’t want to trek with two small kids to the main resort pool. Game room was a big hit with young kids and adults! Large enough family room and dining space for everyone too! However we only had 14 bath towels but luckily I had read previous reviews and brought down several extra. Also the coffee maker was only 5 cups which was enough for 2 people. We ended up ordering from Dunkin Donuts several mornings. Really close to the Disney parks so I would recommend this location and will use this again.

Needs TLC

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The first time was great. This time not so much. Property needs some TLC. This house accommodates large groups. Kitchen pots pans, toaster, coffee pot do not. Holes in some walls broken game air hockey table. Overall very overused. Rental company was great and easy to work with. Won’t be staying at this house again.

Overall a good stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was great and there was a lot of space for our large party. While the property was nice, it was a little rough around the edges, with some small damages we found upon arrival. I also wish there were more pots and pans to cook with and basic kitchen supplies since we did have a large party.

Nice place and good for large families

We came here for our family trip. Its great for a large group. The pool at the house was a hit for the kids. The resort pool is great. Younger kids like the splash park and the adults loved the surfing activity. The negatives aspects, there is not enough towels provided for such a large home. Would be better if they provide move cooking and kitchenware. The game room is nice, but has no air conditioner in there. But they do provide a portable AC unit that does help a little. The beds have sheets, but many beds did not have a comforter or blanket. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Family Trip

This property held our family of 22 with plenty of space. Themed rooms and game room was a big hit with the kiddos/teens. However if the house can hold 22 then at least 20 towels should be provided, only 12 towels large towels/12 hand towels(no face towels) in the whole house. An extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom would’ve been nice. Also we wanted excess to the grill but it took too long to. Overall, comfy house and would stay again now that I know what to expect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was very clean. Just need to work on more games in the game room. Hockey table didnt work and one of the pool table sticks tip was broken. Overall not much to complain about. Excellent home. Definitely recommend and worth giving a try.

Awesome Home for a large group!!

Everyone one enjoyed their stay. Spacious and classy. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to bring your own towels and wash clothes. But all in all a nice property.

Birthday Getaway!

We rented this house for mom’s 90th birthday! It was a perfect fit for us! The house had a ground floor master which was great for the birthday girl! Living and dining space proved to be ample room for all! The family enjoyed the pool and lounge area as well! Bedrooms were plenty large enough and quiet ! The game room kept the preteens entertained for most of our stay! Great holiday weekend!
