Brand new amazing luxury villa offers 4000 sqft of luxruy living space with total of 8 bedrooms (4 King bed rooms, 2 queen bedrooms 2 Twins Rooms) and 5 full bathrooms plus a private pool and a wonderful spa.

House Just being finished and have an amazing lake view for the backyard and parking space that suitable for more than 6 cars.

Wonderful house also comes with a marvelous kitchen and dinner table for 10+ people plus a great game room for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.

VRBO in Kissimmee FL

Very nice house. Cons: frying pans are all warped and scratched, only paper towels and toilet paper provided was what was left on the roles, opened food products under upstairs beds and couch, very compact sub division with limited parking, I've maker does not work, no one to get a hold of if you needed immediate assistance - it takes 2 to 3 days for host to answer emails - no one to call. Otherwise, house was great with lots of room for family of 18.

My 50th birthday

Property was nice, plenty space. Pool was great. We would use it again. A little tls is needed as far as cleaning the property. Communication with thw host was ok.

Bugs

Upon check in cobwebs greeted us when we opened the door. The pool was dirty and full of bugs. The ice machine did not work. The lanai was dirty with several dead water bugs. The cushions were filthy. I’ve never stayed somewhere that the pool had so many bugs. The filter system didn’t work. When pool guy came didn’t speak English fluently. He cleaned the filter on the lanai hence where bugs came from. The house was roomy however had to call housekeeping to clean fan which was so dirty that she had to get soap n water to get crud off the blades. The foyer had huge webs n steps going up stairs had a puncture n carpet was dirty. Place needs a deep cleaning and updated appliances. Like a kurerig!

Best Place for family functions

A very beautiful house for my family holiday event. Large enough for all the cousins, LOL. Quiet neighborhood close to everything and tolls. Management was straightforward via email before arrival.
