location is fantastic,
Location is fantastic, walking distance to the 192 and a short drive to the parks. We stayed for 2 weeks and apart from one night were it sounded like a concert was being held on the next estate it was fairly quiet and we felt safe. Cleanliness: At a quick glance the property looks clean and well maintained, look closely at ceiling fans and shower heads for example and you begin to notice that things are being missed from the cleaning schedule. Property condition and facilities: The air conditioning didn’t blow through any of the bedroom/bathroom vents which was a shame, the living area was cooler than outside temperature though. There are a selection of fans within the property that can be used to circulate the air.Pool: The pool itself was as expected, a broken sun lounger, some tired tables and very dirty floor in the patio area spoiled it but we worked around it. Communication with property manager:Queries were dealt with and resolved speedily especially considering the time difference.Accuracy of listing: Outdated photos, TV’s are listed as having access to Netflix etc but on some TV’s we were unable to access the services as there was no logon details/they weren’t part of Netflix household, No hair straighteners as listed.The formal lounge is listed/shown as having 2 sofas, but there is only one. The family room is listed as having a Wii, there is a Wii U in the 3rd bedroom but nothing in the family room which is a shame

Beautiful spacious home convenient to Disney
The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for a family spending a week or more in Orlando. Comfortable beds, lots of sitting areas, in a nice safe neighborhood. The only thing that was a smidge disappointing is that we didn't understand that a spa was not the same as a hot tub, so the spa was a bit chilly after a long day at the parks.

Loved this home! Close to all the attractions, yet still private. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning while watching the wildlife. There IS an alligator in the lake, so beware. We also had a soft shell turtle visit us, as well as a lizard that we named Kissie. There are plenty of games, books, and TVs to keep the kids occupied on rainy days, but we were blessed with mostly sunny days on our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, as well. We will definitely return!

I stayed at the property in early December for a 4-day business conference at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and 2-days with my niece and her daughter at Disney. Although I was not home a lot the house was beautiful and as advertised. The pool was heated and had them turn on the Spa. Used them a couple of times late night, well worth it. For billiard players there is an 8-foot slate billiard table in garage. House is close to OCCC, Disney and other attractions like Universal Studios. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if ever in Orlando.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Convenient to many amenities in the area, and all the theme parks. Enjoy the privacy of having a house to rent instead of a hotel room. My family and I go to Orlando every summer. This will be a new hotspot for us!

Great Stay
This property was a great place to stay for our runDinsey weekend. With a - min commute to the parks even with traffic, we could get there easily but had a spacious place to come home and unwind. The pool and hot tub area were a treasure! After our race we relaxed in the peaceful patio area and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All beds were comfortable and the master shower was fabulous. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy for snacks and meals.

Nice place to stay. Both the management company and the owner was very quick to respond on any questions. Our only complaint was the pool was too cold for our kids the first two days but that was probably due to the colder weather and the pool was warmer later in the week. Would stay ther again.

Perfect pool with everything you need
We've just got back from a week staying at this lovely villa. I've stayed at a few in Florida and the pool here is definitely the best. Thanks to the pool heating the water was lovely and warm and great to relax in after a day's shopping. Luckily for us the weather was excellent, but if it isn't they've catered for it with the games room in the garage and an assortment of games consoles, books, DVDs. Would definitely go back.

A great stay!
The property was very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Our kids loved the game room. The pool and outdoor space were perfect- we had a really fun time just hanging out by the pool. We did one day at Disney while we were in town and it was a simple 20 minute drive. We also visited Disney Springs and it was only 20 minute drive as well. The owner was very responsive- we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was a super fun trip and this property certainly helped in making it an awesome get-away. If we venture back to Orlando, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic villa with everything needed in a great location
We loved our stay at the villa. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Really clean and a lovely space, very central to attractions and parks. We used UBber and Lyft with no problems. A gorgeous pool and good games room to suit all ages. The owner was great, easy to communicate with. Highly recommended - we were said to leave it.

Awesome home for family spring break
Wonderful home for spring break. Close to everything. We had a wonderful by the pool and the game room in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet. Great time and will definitely recommend if you are in the Orlando area.

Rough Experience/Avoid
We rented for 4 nights. First the good, location is nice and close to many things but in a tucked away neighborhood that is quiet. Now our experience, First the hot water typically did not work. We only had a hot shower 1 morning. This was reported to the property manager on the first morning and his response was it runs out very fast. I reported it another 3 times and there was no action taken but I was told he did not think that it was on a timer. The AC/heat system was a mess, we were getting AC running at Full blast no matter how cold it got at night. The whole system is controlled by a computer and the guest did not have access. I was told to try the override but it would only work for about 15 minutes and then go back to AC full blast. On day 3 they finally replaced the thermostat so we could have some normal termperatures. The pool was nice looking, but I was required to pay for heat on the pool in advance of arrival so that it could be turned on prior to arrival. It was not turned on when we arrived. I called the next morning after investigating and there was no response other than it should be working. ON day 2 they sent someone to change a filter which did not help and stil no pool heat. Day 3 they said they were overiding the system and it worked for about 4 hours. Day 4 we woke up and still no heat for the pool. Overall the condo is pretty dirty as there is a thick layer of dust/dirt on the ceiling fan blades so we were not willing to use those. There are about 15 bured out light bulbs or just missing throughout the property. Most faucets are in rough shape and overall the place looks like it has not been thouroghly cleaned in many years. In our many years and over 40 rentals on VRBO we have never had this poor of an experience. The owner did say they would refund the pool heating cost after my numerous complaints but felt no responsibility for the other issues. This still does not solve the fact that I paid extra to get a house with a pool and could not use it as water was below 68 degrees every day. I would caution anyone against this rental.as the only goal of the management company and owner is to make money and they do not care about your overall experience.

Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the issues that you experienced during your stay and to which we have corresponded with you numerous times privately via email. We do concede that there was indeed an issue with the pool heat caused by a faulty thermostat but we would question your recollection of some of the events. You checked in on the 13th February and then on the morning of the 14th you advised our management company that there was an issue with the hot water and pool heating but an hour later you confirmed that the hot water was hot again (you also confirmed it was still ok a few days later as well). I personally spent 2 hours looking into the pool heat issue remotely whilst our management company were at the villa also looking into the matter. It was determined that the issue was down to a faulty thermostat which we replaced the next day and you confirmed that it was indeed working afterwards (your point about it not working on the 16th has nothing to do with the pool heat, this was due to the fact that the pool pump turns off overnight and once it turned back on the heating resumed). Due to the fact that you did not have pool heat for 1.5 days we refunded the full cost of pool heating, quite how this shows that we are "only interested in making money and not about your overall experience" baffles us somewhat. We don't feel the need to go into great detail about the air conditioning especially as you took it upon yourself to rip the unit off of the wall, again we would be well within our rights to ask you to pay for the damage, especially as our only goal is to make money, however somehow we managed to resist. Regarding your comments about the cleanliness of the villa this was never once mentioned during your stay and in fact we have had guests stay after you checked out and they gave us a 5 star review - we do find it a little confusing as to why you would even want to turn on the ceiling fans (with their thick layer of dust) if you were cold. We are always saddened to receive a review such as this however we were not surprised especially as this particular guest contacted us shortly before checking out asking for more compensation as they felt that the pool heat refund was not sufficient - look who is only concerned about money now.

I had no issues with the booking, accessing the property, or checking out. The property is close enough to Disney properties. I didn’t rent a car, but getting a rideshare was not difficult. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The kitchen is stocked with appropriate dishes and cookware. I didn’t do anything fancy; just fried eggs, sausage, and hamburgers, but everything I needed was there. Sadly, the refrigerator / freezer lacks an ice maker. There is an Alexa unit which can be paired with a phone to act as a speaker. I was also able to use the TV to sign into my Amazon Prime Video account and play content (I signed out afterwards) I would stay in this property again… in a warmer month. My main issue was the house is cold. Despite a warning label about how the system will freeze if the temperature is below 74 degrees, the thermostat is locked into 72 degrees of heat… and only if you move to adjust it. In addition, the bedding on the master bed (which was nice and soft) lacked blankets. I found out the hard way the thermostat program drops it further overnight when I woke up to a cold house. I’m not certain how the property management reconciles their position that they need a minimum of 74 degrees with their thermostat programs locking the heat to 72 degrees. I ended up going to Walmart to buy sweatpants to sleep in, and used one of the spare comforters to try to retain some heat. The pool and spa were also colder than I’d hoped, even with paying for heat. Tip: the extra towels are behind the door of the second bathroom. It took me days to find as I was not using that bathroom.

We enjoyed many things about our stay at the Chatham Park house, BUT: 1. Florida was cold the last two days, and we woke up to a COLD house and could not adjust the heat on the thermostat. 2. There were only 2 of us living there, and we could not make it through ONE shower or ONE bath without running out of hot water. I would hate to think what it would be like if a whole family lived there and tried to take showers. 3. The DVD equipment was not there for us to be able to use the "DVD library" that was listed on amenities. 4. The game room was fun, but the ping pong paddles and darts for the dartboard were ALL broken and messed up. It doesn't take much money to replace those and make the game room usable.

The Property Owner was very attentive to all the checkin questions that I had, responded to my emails in a timely manner. To be honest you are paying for what you getting. The house definitely needs to be updated but I am sure the price will increase. Other than that I wasn’t there to stay, short weekend, had a great time. Best Family Vacation
Staying in this home made our trip. The pool was awesome and the home had everything we needed from kitchen cooking supplies to bath supplies. Our kids loves the minion room. I would recommend adjusting the air unit in the summer time - most of the parks are way too full and restaurants booked so with COViD in the air still many people may spend more time at the house during the day. Overall I highly recommend this property and the owners were very responsive- thank you for allowing us to enjoy your hone.
