This 3-bed condo is located in The Villas South at Cabana Court close to the heart of Reunion Resort with partial views of the Tom Watson signature golf course. It also offers a spacious living room with a wall-mounted TV complete with cable and DVD player and surround sound. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Large sliding doors lead out to your own private balcony with an outdoor lounge area with a sofa and two chairs with lounge ottomans. Here you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks while relaxing.

The Master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, a 32 " wall-mounted TV complete with cable and DVD player. There is a large walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, as well as a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds and a TV. There is a large closet and a bathroom.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
