My new go to place!!!! Staff was awesome and the hotel was quiet, it felt like no one else was there. We also loved the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying there from now on!!!

The hotel staff were super friendly, the hotel in a nice area, super clean, the room was nice and big, overall it was great, i would give 5 starts, but the only issue I have was that they didn't have housekeepers daily cause it's a long stay type of hotel, which is fine but since i was there for a week, they told me they will clean the room one time, I just need to ask one day in advance, went I asked for it, they told me that they didn't have time the mext day, that i have to wait 3 more days, and it happens to be the day I was checking out.

The receptionist took my card on file to pay for her rent. When reported to manager she did nothing not even look at footage. The worker kept saying I like your phone case. What does that have to do with anything? Reported it to the police they will be investigating. The water in the shower does not get hot. The bathroom stinks. When arranged to have room cleaned the person never came. They do not clean daily. Free ride to theme park is false advertisement. Only certain theme parks and time for drop off or pickup so prepare to use Lyft or Uber to the parks. Manager and staff poor attitudes. Would never stay here ever.

The staff in the hotel are really polite and helpfull the rooms are great with plenty of space with the kitchenette area that has a large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, hob and coffee machine. The location is good from there to both Disney and Universal. And as i said cant fault the staff they where very good.

Nice and clean property, I would definitely stay again! Great price and close to everything. Parking garage was secure and safe! Front desk at check in wasn’t very friendly but that’s okay because everything else was great!

Really comfortable place. Personally loved the pool and fitness center accessibility. Also Disney World is not far at all from the hotel.

We book a king suite for a late night check in before moving over to Disney. Many food options in walking distance. Room was clean but hubby had comments about the quality of work in the bathroom, from my perspective it was clean and met the bill. Only one shuttle per day going to Disney. Met our needs.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are extra wide. I appreciated the kitchenette with full size refrigerator. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in as well. There are various kitchen gadgets you can borrow such as a blender, juicer and slow cooker.

Overall had an excellent stay from cleanliness and comfort. Was what was too be expected at this price point. Only bummer pool was closed for cleaning. Which was one of the reasons we booked there being we brought the kiddo to Disney. The down fall of booking through travel sites with not being able to cut and run. Might have been nice to know that or been credited for missing amenity.

Found this hotel by chance and didn't realize how close it is to Disney springs and Disney world. Loved the rooms and spacious it was with all the amenities necessary. It was very convenient to dining options, gas and the highway. I will definitely be coming back. My one nitpick, and this is just my preference, firmer beds. But other than that- near perfect stay.

I spend one day haft . That i can not used the toilets do to the maintenance department got it dirty. Also the remove the ac unit for living room and let alot off dust and 2 metal objects and the floors..the also refused to cleaned they self. I meet mrs Horold maintenance supervisor. Giving me excuses . I ask for the person that who got the toilet dirty to cleaned and him said they do not cleaned. I will never again go to this places this was my 4 and last...what a disappointment 😞
