The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, with shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer for your convenience. Immerse yourself in the charm of Altamonte Springs. Quickly Drive only 35 minutes to the parks or the beaches while staying at this awesome apartment. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Cranes Roost Park & Major convienences...shopping & dining within 1 mile. Private Driveway Parking is available.
The Garden Apt is attached to the Main House having it's own private driveway & entances.
The Swim/Spa & Garden Patio will be shared with the other apartment.
Pets may be considered, based on availibility, size, breed. Please inquire first. The property is not fully fenced & pets must be walked & leashed for walking. The neighborhood is a nice walking area & pet waste must be picked up in the yard and street areas. (I'm sorry but no cats allowed due to allergies)

please note: the main apt & this apartment are attached by a common wall. Both units are soundproofed & completely separate with no mutual acess to either apartment. The common wall is completely blocked.
