This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends movie-inspired fun with Disney magic, just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Enjoy a private pool surrounded by trees, a covered grilling area, and easy access to great restaurants. Perfect for relaxing, making memories, and experiencing the best of Central Florida.
- Please No outdoor shoes in the house.
- No parties or Events
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.
- Absolutely no smoking in the house.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay

- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool
